La fortune qu’il avait dépensée en soins dentaires, ces dernières années, n’avait pas été vaine. Lorsqu’il regardait ses interlocuteurs, en fronçant les sourcils et en adoptant un air vaguement ironique très étudié, la tête légèrement penchée sur le côté, il estimait qu’avec ses yeux clairs il ressemblait à Paul Newman ou bien encore à Stewart Granger, selon son humeur du jour.
