Bilan de la recherche sur la psychologie sociale. Les deux tendances coexistent aujourd'hui, souvent s'affrontent, rarement encore cherchent à s'articuler. Cet ouvrage expose les éléments du débat, et plaide en faveur d'une dialectique entre ces deux démarches divergentes, dans l'espoir d'aboutir à une synergie fructueuse dans l'étude des problèmes sociaux, éducatifs et psychologiques.
